Bartender — Part-Time / Casual

Mummucc' is looking for a passionate and personable Bartender to join our team on a part-time or casual basis.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, knows how to make guests feel welcome, and takes pride in creating great drinks and memorable experiences.
The Role
As a Bartender at Mummucc', you’ll be an important part of the guest experience. You’ll work alongside our front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver warm, professional service in a vibrant restaurant environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer and other beverages
- Providing friendly, attentive and professional service
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented bar
- Assisting with bar preparation, restocking and closing duties
- Following responsible service of alcohol and workplace safety requirements
- Helping create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Working collaboratively with the wider Mummucc' team
What We're Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience
- A genuine passion for food, drinks and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic and reliable attitude
- The ability to remain calm and professional during busy service
- Good attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Ability to work in a team
- RSA certification (required)
Cocktail-making experience is highly regarded, but we're also interested in people with the right attitude and a genuine desire to learn.
