As our Head of Clinical Governance, you'll play a pivotal leadership role across our six residential aged care homes, shaping the systems, culture and standards that support safe, high-quality care.
Leading clinical governance, quality, risk and compliance, you'll work alongside our Residential Care Senior Leadership team to strengthen capability, drive continuous improvement and ensure we're well positioned to meet the opportunities and challenges of a changing aged care landscape.

About you
You're a trusted clinician with:
-
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse,
-
Significant experience in senior clinical governance, quality or clinical leadership roles within aged care or health,
-
Strong knowledge of aged care regulation, accreditation and governance requirements,
-
Experience leading risk management, incident management and continuous improvement programs,
-
Combines strong regulatory expertise with the ability to influence, coach and lead others through change
-
Work collaboratively while making sense of complex information and translating it into practical actions that improve resident outcomes,
-
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
