ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Floor Staff member to join our team on a casual/part-time basis. This isn't just a job for someone to take orders and deliver plates — we are looking for a true hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service is an art form.
You will be the face of Tony's Woodfire, delivering a warm, attentive, and memorable experience to every guest. If you genuinely love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in going above and beyond, we want to hear from you.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Significant experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment (this is a must)
- A genuine passion for people and delivering next-level customer service
- Someone who goes above and beyond as a matter of course — not just when asked
- Warm, friendly, and approachable with a natural ability to connect with guests
- Well-presented, professional, and takes pride in their work
- A strong team player who lifts the energy of everyone around them
- Ability to read the room — attentive without being intrusive
- Knowledge of food and beverage (wine knowledge a bonus)
- Availability on evenings and weekends (essential)
