We’re growing our Architecture team and are seeking an Architect / Project Coordinator to support delivery across a range of complex projects.

The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the delivery of project packages across a diverse portfolio of complex projects, with opportunities to gain exposure to a range of sectors including healthcare, education, aviation, federal programs and data centres.
Working closely with Project Architects and Project Leaders, you'll help drive project outcomes through strong technical delivery, consultant coordination, and package management. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project packages, contribute to project planning and delivery, and develop your project leadership capability within a highly collaborative team.
In this role you will:

Support and drive the delivery of project packages from design development through to documentation and construction support

Develop and coordinate Revit models and documentation sets

Translate design intent into clear, buildable outcomes

Manage package deliverables, programme commitments, and coordination activities to support successful project delivery.

Support project management activities including scheduling, resource coordination, progress tracking, and client deliverables.

Contribute to quality across detailing, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Work closely with consultants and internal teams to resolve interfaces

Support Project Architects and Project Managers in the delivery of complex projects across healthcare, education, community, aviation, and/or defence sectors.

Contribute to positive client relationships through responsive communication and a solutions-focused approach.
What We’re Looking For

Architect or experienced Architectural Project Coordinator with ~5–8 years’ experience
-
Experience delivering projects in healthcare, education, aviation, infrastructure, or other complex sectors.

Strong experience in technical documentation and project coordination

Proficiency in Revit, with confidence contributing to documentation sets

Solid level of detailing and technical resolution

Experience coordinating across consultants and disciplines
-
Experience coordinating consultants, stakeholders and project interfaces.

A proactive, collaborative approach with a sense of ownership
