About Us: Cub Bee House Early Learning Centre is a small, well-established, family-owned long-day care centre. We have been providing high-quality education and care to children from birth to 6 years old for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on a family-friendly team environment with low staff turnover and supportive management available every day.
Our Commitment to Child Safety: Cub Bee House is a child safe organisation. As you will work across all rooms, you must:
- Actively maintain a child-safe environment and uphold children’s rights
- Recognise risks and report concerns in line with NSW mandatory reporting laws
- Model professional boundaries and child-safe behaviour at all times
- We make reasonable enquiries about all candidates’ suitability to work with children.

Are you patient, nurturing, adaptable, and love being present and down at children’s level? You will:
- Communicate positively with children and educators across all rooms
- Support daily routines, including nappy changes, cleaning, meal times, sleep times, and transitions
- Respond to the emotional and physical needs of children with warmth
- Follow room practices and guidance from the Lead Educator
- Actively uphold child safe behaviours and maintain professional boundaries at all times
A Successful Applicant Must:
- Hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Be flexible to work across all 3 rooms, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (can be negotiated)
- Have completed the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko, or be willing to complete it before commencement
- Provide at least 2 professional referees (1 who has directly supervised your work with children)
