Daniel's Donuts Mernda is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Retail Team Member / Barista to join our team. If you're confident behind the coffee machine, enjoy a busy environment, and take pride in creating great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
Preparing quality coffee and beverages
Serving our delicious donuts and other products
Providing friendly and genuine customer service
Operating the POS and handling transactions
Keeping the store clean, stocked, and welcoming
Working closely with the team during busy periods
Previous barista/coffee experience is highly required
Confident and comfortable working with coffee
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
We're looking for someone with excellent availability across Monday to Sunday, including the flexibility to work morning opening shifts through to closing shifts.
Full availability across the week will be highly regarded, as it will help us provide consistent coverage and give you more opportunities to work.
