Details: Digital Canberra (DCBR) is looking for an experienced ICT support officer to join the JACS ICT Team. The successful candidate will provide dedicated level 1 and level 2 ICT support for the Justice and Community Safety Directorate. In this role, you will work in collaboration with DCBR technical teams and vendor partners to support critical business systems, additionally you will assist in the implementation of ICT projects.
There are several working locations: Alexander Maconochie Centre (Hume), City Office Block (220 London Circuit – ABW environment), 4 Knowles Place - Civic and the opportunity to work from home.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Knowledge of ITIL framework.

Experience in the use of ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).

Experience in providing ICT support to business systems in a large/complex ICT environment.

Experience in asset management lifecycle.
Note: This is temporary position available immediately for a period of six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
This position is located in a workplace designated for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
