About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and polished Waitstaff to join our team and represent Infinity Hospitality within high-end hotel environments. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, attentive, and personalised service to guests.
You will work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure every guest experience reflects the standards expected of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages in line with hotel service standards and procedures
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on menus, ingredients, allergens, wine, and beverage pairings
- Create warm, professional, and memorable guest interactions
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked service station
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown before and after service
- Upsell menu items appropriately to enhance the guest experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth service
- Uphold brand standards, presentation, and service excellence at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a premium, fast-paced hospitality environment (4 or 5-star hotel experience highly regarded)
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wine, and dietary requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused approach
- Confidence using POS systems and understanding service procedures
- Must have RSA certificate (Valid)
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented with strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a professional mindset
- Flexibility to work across rotating rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
