Better Health Network (BHN) is expanding, and we're looking for passionate Physiotherapists to join our community health team.
We currently have multiple opportunities available, including:
- Specialist Vestibular Physiotherapist – leading assessment and management of dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders.
- Community Physiotherapists – delivering evidence-based care across musculoskeletal, falls prevention, frailty, chronic conditions and healthy ageing programs.

About the opportunities
Specialist Vestibular Physiotherapist
This dedicated role will focus on the assessment, diagnosis and management of clients experiencing:
- Vertigo and dizziness
- Vestibular dysfunction
- Balance disorders
- Falls risk and mobility concerns
You will work closely with GPs, Allied Health professionals and community services to deliver specialised care and help build BHN's vestibular service offering.
Community Physiotherapists
Our Physiotherapists work with clients experiencing:
- Musculoskeletal conditions
- Frailty and falls risk
- Chronic and complex health conditions
- Functional decline
- Long-term physical impairments
- Healthy ageing and mobility challenges
The role includes individual clinic-based consultations, group programs, hydrotherapy and multidisciplinary care planning.
What you'll bring
- Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Highly regarded for the Vestibular role:
- Minimum three years' clinical experience
- Experience in vestibular assessment and rehabilitation
- Confidence managing dizziness, vertigo and balance presentations
- Relevant postgraduate training or demonstrated clinical expertise
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated Physiotherapist who thrives in a community-focused environment and enjoys making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
You will bring:
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical Physiotherapy experience (for the vestibular role)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with older adults and/or complex health presentations
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- A commitment to person-centred and evidence-based care
- Current driver’s licence and First Aid Certificate
