What You’ll Be Responsible For:
As Branch Manager, you’ll have full operational responsibility for the South Australian Energy and Contract Logistics business, including:
Leading a high-performing operations team across fuel and contract logistics.
Driving a culture where “Everybody Safe Every Day” is embedded in everything we do.
Managing fleet performance, scheduling, utilisation and operational efficiency.
Delivering exceptional customer service while strengthening long-term client relationships.
Working closely with fuel terminals, contractors and key stakeholders.
Leading financial performance, budgets, KPIs and profitability.
Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery and business performance.
Ensuring compliance with Dangerous Goods legislation, Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management and company standards.
Recruiting, coaching and developing talented operational teams.
Leading incident investigations, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
You’re an experienced transport or logistics leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with people leadership.
You’ll ideally bring:
Significant leadership experience within transport, logistics, fuel, energy or dangerous goods.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
Proven success leading large operational teams in fast-paced environments.
A genuine passion for safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing fleet operations and transport scheduling.
The ability to make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer outcomes.
Experience within fuel, hazardous chemicals or dangerous goods transport will be highly regarded, however experienced transport leaders from broader logistics environments are encouraged to apply.
