Operating from our Tullamarine facility, we coordinate warehouse, transport and third-party logistics activities to reliably service customers across Victoria.
As we strengthen our frontline leadership capability, we are creating a dedicated role to improve logistics coordination, operational efficiency, safety and compliance.
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead our day-to-day warehouse, transport, dispatch and 3PL operations.
This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, makes timely decisions and keeps the daily delivery schedule running safely, efficiently and on time.
The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Full time Logistics Supervisor will provide direct leadership and coordination across warehouse, transport, dispatch and third-party logistics operations.
The role will maintain visibility of daily logistics activity, allocate resources, coordinate drivers and transport schedules, resolve operational issues and ensure safety, customer service and performance objectives are achieved in a multi shift environment.
Success requires practical leadership, strong planning and the confidence to make sound operational decisions with minimal direction.
What you will be responsible for
Safety & Compliance

Leading safe and compliant warehouse, transport and dispatch operations
- Ensuring Chain of Responsibility and Heavy Vehicle National Law obligations are consistently met, no exceptions
Leadership & Workforce Capability

Leading, motivating and developing warehouse, logistics and driver teams
- Setting clear expectations and managing performance, attendance and daily workforce allocation
- Building accountability, engagement and a team-first culture
- Managing contractors and third-party logistics personnel to agreed standards
Operational Performance
-
Planning and coordinating daily warehouse, transport and dispatch activities
- Executing the daily delivery schedule safely, efficiently and on time
- Coordinating drivers, transport providers, warehouse resources and 3PL partners
- Proactively resolving operational issues, incidents and non-conformances
- Improving coordination between logistics, production and customer service
- Managing vehicle and equipment maintenance programs and operational readiness
- Monitoring safety, service, productivity and quality KPIs and maintaining accurate records
- Stock/ inventory management and control
Continuous Improvement & Service

Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, resource use and logistics performance
- Supporting reliable, accurate and customer-focused delivery outcomes
- Driving practical improvement initiatives in a lean, fast-paced operating environment
What We Are Looking For
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain operations
- Previous experience supervising or leading frontline operational teams in a multi shift environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, transport, dispatch and delivery scheduling
- Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements and Heavy Vehicle National Law
- Demonstrated ability to plan resources, coordinate drivers and manage changing priorities in at times - just in time logistics operations.
- Strong safety leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Experience managing employee performance, attendance and workforce allocation
- Confidence using ERP, warehouse or transport management systems and Microsoft Office
- Current Driver Licence, Forklift Licence and MR or HR Licence
