Gradi Fine Foods is looking for a reliable full-time Logistics Driver to join our production and logistics team in Coburg North.
You’ll be responsible for transporting food products, ingredients and supplies between Gradi Fine Foods, Gradi Group venues and selected partners across Melbourne.
This is not a courier-style role, you’ll be part of our internal logistics team, supporting the safe, accurate and timely movement of products across the business.
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 + superannuation
Salary will be based on experience.

Employment Type: Full-time - 38 hours per week
Monday to Friday preferred, with flexibility to cover weekend shifts when required.

Our Coburg North production facility supports our venues, wholesale partners and retail operations by producing and distributing quality food products across Melbourne.
About the Role
This role supports the daily movement of food products, ingredients, packaging and supplies across Gradi Fine Foods and the wider Gradi Group.
You’ll play an important part in making sure our venues and customers receive products safely, accurately and on time.
This position would suit someone who takes pride in being organised, reliable and professional, and who understands the importance of food safety, care and consistency when transporting food products.

What You’ll Do
- Complete scheduled logistics runs across Melbourne
- Safely transport food products, ingredients and supplies
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Follow daily run sheets, schedules and route requirements
- Maintain basic records and delivery documentation
- Keep vehicles clean, safe and presentable
- Communicate clearly with the logistics and production teams
- Support general logistics tasks at the production facility when required
- Ensure food products are handled and transported safely
What You’ll Bring
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- Experience in food delivery, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality supply or similar
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow schedules
- Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
- Physically capable of manual handling and loading/unloading duties
- Flexibility to assist with weekend coverage when required
Preferred
- Small truck driving experience or relevant licence
- Forklift licence
- Previous experience transporting food products or working in a food manufacturing environment
