Maven by Morgan is a modern dining room and bar on Brunswick Street, built around considered food, good drinks and proper hospitality. We're looking for a full time bartender to join the team.
You'll run the bar across service, building classic and signature cocktails, pouring wine with confidence and keeping the bar organised, stocked and clean. You'll work closely with the floor team on group bookings, date night service and events in Maven Private, our private dining room for up to 25 guests, so consistency under pressure matters as much as flair.
What we're after:
You have at least two years behind a bar in a quality venue, solid cocktail fundamentals and a genuine interest in wine and spirits. You hold a current Victorian RSA, you're available across evenings and weekends, and you bring energy without ego. Experience with Square POS is a bonus, not a requirement.
