SKZ Energy & Industrial (VIC) Pty Ltd is looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Assistant / Storeperson to support the day-to-day operation of our Dandenong South warehouse. The warehouse handles packaged lubricants, industrial products and related equipment. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, safety and keeping a warehouse well organised.
Key responsibilities
· Receive, inspect and record incoming stock.
· Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
· Maintain stock records and assist with inventory control.
· Organise product locations, shelving and warehouse labelling.
· Assist with loading, unloading, customer collections and local deliveries when required.
· Carry out regular stock counts and report damaged, missing or incorrect goods.
· Keep the warehouse clean, safe and compliant with workplace procedures.
· Complete basic warehouse paperwork and update computer records.
What we are looking for
· Previous warehouse, storeperson, pick-packing or inventory experience is preferred.
· Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently in a small team.
· Good attention to detail, communication skills and basic computer ability.
· Able to safely perform regular manual handling duties.
· Current Australian driver licence is preferred.
· Forklift licence and practical forklift experience are highly regarded.
What we offer
· $28-$31 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience and capability.
· A higher rate may be considered for an experienced forklift operator who can work independently.
· Permanent part-time hours, generally 15-24 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as warehouse activity grows.
· Paid annual leave and personal leave entitlements on a pro-rata basis.
· On-the-job product, inventory and workplace safety training.
· Stable daytime hours in a growing Victorian business.
