Exceeding-rated early childhood service in the Inner West, seeking a warm and passionate Educator to join their team.

About the Role
As an Educator, you will play a key role in creating a calm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
You will work closely with your room leader and fellow educators, building strong relationships with families and supporting each child's individual routines, milestones, and developmental needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the room
- Create meaningful play-based learning experiences
- Support children's routines, wellbeing, and development
- Work collaboratively with the room leader and educator team
- Build trusting relationships with families
- Maintain high-quality documentation and practices in line with Exceeding standards
About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (mandatory)
- Previous experience in early childhood education highly regarded
- Strong understanding of child development
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
