As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll help people of all ages access high-quality care closer to home. Working across a diverse caseload, you'll combine expert clinical practice with leadership, collaboration and service development to improve outcomes for patients, families and communities across the region.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Delivering advanced assessment, intervention and care planning that supports patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, patients and community services to create coordinated care experiences.
Leading quality improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery and support sustainable healthcare.
Mentoring and supporting clinicians, students and allied health colleagues to build capability and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current professional certification/accreditation requirements.
Strong experience delivering contemporary Speech Pathology services across complex and varied clinical settings.
Advanced communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience contributing to service improvements, enhancing quality outcomes and supporting professional development initiatives.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study in Speech Pathology and/or experience in rural or regional healthcare environments.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about improving regional access to care and ready to make a lasting difference through compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
