Job description:
We’re looking for that fast-paced hospitality person who leads from the front, loves a busy cafe, brings good energy, and makes things happen.
Dose is a growing café group in the Sutherland Shire built around good coffee, good food, good people, speed, standards and strong team culture.
This role is for someone who is hands-on, switched on and ready to help run great shifts. You’ll be supporting the team, keeping service moving, helping train staff, solving problems quickly, and making sure customers are getting the best experience.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to stand back and watch. We want someone who jumps in, sets the pace, communicates clearly, takes feedback well, and helps lift the people around them.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has cafe or hospitality leadership experience
- Can lead busy shifts from the front
- Loves hospitality and customer service
- Moves fast and stays calm under pressure
- Has weekend availability
- Is reliable, positive and organised
- Can coach and support a team
- Cares about coffee, food, speed, standards and good vibes
- Wants to grow with the business
