Full-Time Service Manager
Location: Roselands, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Di Pacci Coffee Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our VERY busy service department in Roselands.
This role is responsible for managing a team of 10–12 technicians, coordinating daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining an efficient, productive workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–12 technicians.
- Coordinate daily service schedules and workshop operations.
- Ensure all service work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain clear communication between technicians, customers, and management.
- Keep the workshop organised, productive, and accountable.
- Prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
Essential Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- A confident leader who isn’t afraid to hold people accountable, set expectations, and keep the team focused and productive.
- Ability to make decisions, delegate tasks, and ensure work is completed on time.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent computer and email skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Current forklift licence.
Desirable
- Experience in the coffee industry or with commercial coffee equipment is highly regarded but not essential.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
