What You'll Be Working On
This is a role where no two days look exactly the same — and that's what makes it exciting. As our Delivery Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind the smooth delivery of field services work packages across our co-managed customer accounts nationally. You'll be the go-to person connecting our internal teams and customers, making sure everything runs on time, on scope, and to the standard our customers expect.
Day to day, you'll:

Manage end-to-end coordination of customer work packages — from initial order through to delivery and sign-off
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams
- Plan and schedule field technicians for installations and uninstallations across Australia
- Monitor and track hardware and equipment, ensuring assets are where they need to be, when they need to be there
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
- Proactively spot risks or delays before they become problems — and drive solutions when they do
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders that keep things running smoothly and set us up for long-term success

What You'll Bring
Essential:
Solid experience coordinating and scheduling multiple resources simultaneously
A natural ability to juggle competing priorities and stay composed when things shift
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you keep everyone in the loop without being asked
A collaborative approach to stakeholder management across customers, vendors, and internal teams
Desirable:
Experience in process design, documentation, or continuous improvement
Background in field operations, service request delivery, incident response, or risk management
