We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand / KP to join our busy bakery team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things clean and organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, supporting our bakers and production team to keep everything running smoothly.
Dishwashing and cleaning of bakery equipment, trays, and utensils
Maintaining cleanliness across kitchen, production, and storage areas
Supporting bakers with basic prep and stock handling when required
Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
Assisting with waste management and end-of-shift clean-down
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work early mornings and be on your feet
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous kitchen or bakery experience helpful but not essential
Be part of a supportive, close-knit bakery team
