- Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Provide direct clinical care, including wound management, medication administration, catheter care, continence management, and chronic disease support.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making timely adjustments to care plans.
- Educate clients, families, and carers on health management and preventative care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, allied health professionals, and support workers.
- Document all care provided in line with professional and organisational standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Support and mentor enrolled nurses and support staff as required.
