Solution Ideas Ability Boutique is a disability People's organisation(DPO)-with over 50% of our staff identifying as people with disability. we are committed to inclusive employment and delivering quality, person-centred supports under the NDIS.
The Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable support worker to join our growing team. You will provide individualised support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their goals in daily living, community access, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respectful, person-centred support in line with NDIS goals
- Assist with daily living, personal care, and household tasks
- Support community participation, support in employment and social inclusion
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
- work collaboratively with families, guardians, and out team
What we're looking for
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism
- current NDIS worker screening check and police check( or willing to obtain)
- working with children checks(WWCC)
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- Cert III in Disability, community services, Age care (desirable but not essential)
- Minimum 1 year Experience
- Licence a must, vehicle a bonus
