About the role
We're looking for a qualified cabinet maker who can turn their hand to a range of tasks — both bench work and assembly in the factory, and installation out on site. Because we're a small business, we need people who are versatile and happy to jump between jobs rather than stick to just one thing. This is a very flexible role.

About you
- Qualified with hands-on cabinet-making experience (experience is a must)
- Committed, consistent and reliable
- Good presentation
- Strong communicator and a good team player
- Able to work well on your own without close supervision
- Have your own power tools
- Have your own reliable transport

We're a small, friendly cabinet-making and joinery factory based in Ardeer in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. We take pride in our work and in looking after our team. We've recently invested in brand-new machinery and technology, so you'll be working with quality gear every day.
