Business Development Manager – Victoria
Active Facility Services is a growing Melbourne-based commercial cleaning and facilities management company with over 10 years of industry experience. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new commercial cleaning and facilities management clients.
- Conduct site visits and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and present service proposals and quotations.
- Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales activity reports.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service-based sales is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Victoria.
