The Role
The Corporate Actions Analyst is a technical and structured operational role, responsible for the accurate processing and analysis of a wide range of ASX domestic and international corporate actions, including schemes of arrangement, demergers, takeovers, and buy-backs. The role requires a strong understanding of tax implications, corporate events, and income processing such as dividends and renounceable rights.
The analyst will ensure corporate actions are processed accurately in the Praemium systems, validating data feeds, reviewing scheme documents, and reconciling reports. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
