Clever Kids Early Intervention is expanding due to strong demand from families seeking paediatric Speech Pathology services. We are looking for a warm, motivated and collaborative Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This is a flexible opportunity suited to a Speech Pathologist who enjoys working with children and families while maintaining autonomy over their workload and schedule.
About the role
You will provide paediatric Speech Pathology assessment and intervention to children with a range of communication, language, speech, social communication and developmental needs.
Our clinic works collaboratively across early intervention, ESDM, allied health and education. Where appropriate, an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) or junior therapist may overlap or participate in sessions under your direction, allowing therapy strategies and goals to be carried over consistently between Speech Pathology appointments.
We are also seeking someone who is comfortable providing fortnightly clinical supervision and guidance to members of our junior therapy/AHA team, particularly around communication goals, therapy strategies and implementation.
Supervision can be flexible and, where suitable, may be completed via telehealth from home.
What we offer
- Flexible days and hours
- Access to our established paediatric clinical space
- Existing demand and referral opportunities from families
- Free marketing and promotion through Clever Kids Early Intervention
- Administrative and clinic support
- Opportunity to build your own paediatric caseload
- Flexibility to provide some supervision remotely from home
- A collaborative team environment with ESDM therapists, AHAs and other allied health professionals

About you
We would love to hear from you if you are:
- A qualified Speech Pathologist eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Comfortable working with neurodivergent children and children with developmental differences
- Collaborative and willing to provide guidance to junior therapists/AHAs
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a multidisciplinary team
- Interested in a flexible role with scope to grow alongside an expanding clinic
Experience in autism, early intervention, AAC, language development, social communication, feeding or neurodiversity-affirming practice would be highly regarded.

With increasing demand from our families for Speech Pathology, this is a great opportunity for a clinician who would like the freedom of flexible work while benefiting from an established clinic, existing referrals, team support and ongoing marketing.
