Full Job Description

We're looking for a Registered Nurse at Boronia Aged Care on a PPT Basis: 31 hours per fortnight

About the Role

You will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate documentation and care records
Support and guide care staff on shift

About You

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Experience in aged care (highly regarded)
Strong communication and clinical skills
A team player with a positive and proactive approach
Passionate about delivering high-quality resident care
