As a Member Assist Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional, personalised service and a positive experience for all members across Viva Leisure brands. This role reports directly to our National Member Assist Manager.
Phone support:
- Answer inbound phone-based Viva Leisure member enquiries in relation to their gym membership; brands include Club Lime, Plus Fitness, hiit republic, GROUNDUP and Rebalance
- Respond to member general enquiries using established Member Assist routines and procedures
- Resolving and escalating member complaints in line with Member Assist procedures
- Outbound member contact to proactively share updates or follow up on account-based issues for all Viva Leisure members
Web support:
- Answer web-based Viva Leisure member enquiries
- Monitor and action enquiries from various web-based platforms such as live chats, emails and social media
Administrative support:
- Undertake general administrative duties to support the member assist team
- Provide support to club staff where required with membership queries or administrative tasks
- Customer Service and/or sales experience (highly valued)
- Experience in a phone-based call centre environment, with strong de-escalation skills (highly valued)
- MS Office experience including Excel and Word
- Experience working with Health Clubs, Aquatic, Fitness or Retail industry (highly valued)
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail with a self-starting attitude
