As the key link between our customers and workshop, you will play a vital role in ensuring every guest receives a professional, seamless, and positive service experience.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will:

Greet customers and manage service bookings with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Liaise between customers and technicians regarding vehicle servicing and repair requirements.

Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and service recommendations.

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Coordinate workshop schedules to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Process invoices and explain completed work to customers.

Assist in achieving service department targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
About You
The successful candidate will have:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive customer service, or dealership environment (preferred).

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A professional presentation and positive attitude.

Excellent computer and administration skills.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

A current Australian Driver's Licence.
