Our current opportunity works alongside one of our most Senior Financial Planners to assist in the implementation of financial strategies for clients and may lead to an Advice Associate role over time.
Our CRM team work closely with clients throughout the entire advice process, and complete set tasks within time constraints. The successful candidate will have demonstrated customer service experience, given the expectation for them to form good relationships and ensuring their knowledge of the client’s circumstances remains current.
Day to day, the CRM will have sufficient experience to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will ultimately demonstrate a strong desire to learning and development, and align with the firm’s vision and culture to be Australia’s leading financial advice platform for medical professionals.
