We are a fast-growing hospitality group focused on the development of our people. We are currently looking for experienced Bartenders for our venue (7 Cutz Steakhouse Newcastle).
As a Bartender, you will:
- 2+ Years experience behind a similar style bar
- Experience in running a bar floor section
- Demonstrated excellence and experience in customer service
- Good time management and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production
- Strong spirit/ cocktail-based product knowledge
- Taking and processing orders
- Ability to run food and drinks
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Wine and beverage service
- RSA (Responsible service of alcohol)
What we are looking for :
- Current RSA (Essential)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
- Positive Attitude
- Reliable

- Willing to go the extra mile to make a customer smile
- Experience preferred, but not essential
