About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge (Operations) to lead pharmacy operations at one of our key sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to drive operational excellence, support clinical service delivery, stakeholder engagement and contribute to a high-performing healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership across pharmacy services
Oversee dispensary workflows, stock management, and compliance
Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff to maintain a high-performing team
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as hospital executives to support clinical and operational outcomes
Monitor performance metrics and drive service optimisation
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
Proven leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy setting
Strong operational and organisational skills
Ability to manage priorities and drive accountability
Experience in improving systems, workflows, and service delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
