About the Robertson Health Centre
Located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, 15km East of Darwin. It is home to the 1st Brigade & 1st Aviation Regiment. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2800 members, with a large reserve component. The Barracks also accommodates an additional 2500 US marines every 6 months from May to September. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy and mental health services. It also operates a 22-bed low dependency ward 24/7. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday.
What you’ll do

Deliver high quality primary healthcare, including health assessments and vaccinations or monitor and manage patients in a low dependency ward setting

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionals

Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care
What you bring
-
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
-
Minimum one-year Registered Nurse experience in acute care, primary health care or military setting
-
Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
-
Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)

Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred care
