About the Role
Worksforyou Australia is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client based out of their busy
Wetherill Park depot.
We are seeking a reliable, multi-skilled
Warehouse Labourer & Driver to join their team. This is a dynamic, varied role perfect for someone who likes a mix of indoor and outdoor work. You will spend your time
driving a forklift to load stock, operating pallet trucks in the warehouse, and
going out on deliveries to ensure clients get their stock on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go out on deliveries to customers and clients across the local area (driving the company delivery vehicle).
- Drive a forklift safely to load delivery vehicles, unload incoming freight, and put away stock in racking.
- Utilize ride-on pallet trucks / pan trucks for efficient order picking and staging.
- Conduct manual receiving, sorting, and palletizing of goods (heavy lifting up to 20kg required).
- Provide friendly, professional customer service when making deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to road safety laws, site safety, and WHS guidelines.
What We Are Looking For:
- Must hold a current, valid Forklift License (LF) and be a confident forklift driver.
- Must hold a valid Australian Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating pallet trucks / pan trucks in a busy warehouse environment.
- Good knowledge of the local Sydney/Western Sydney road networks for deliveries.
- Physical fitness and the willingness to handle manual lifting and general labouring.
- Reliable transport to get to Wetherill Park.
