The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships and Recognition Advisor with strong exposure in an events management and partnership role to join Brightwater on six-month basis. This roe will report to the Manager Organisational Development once appointed and temporarily report to the General Manager People and Culture – Operations.
As part of the collaborative and multidisciplinary Organisational Development Team, the Partnerships and Recognition Advisor will support strengthening employee engagement through the coordination of strategic partnerships and recognition initiatives with a strong focus on delivering our 125 Year Celebrations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professional development and exposure to:
- Coordinating employee recognition programs, including Spirit Awards and service recognition initiatives.
- Preparing communications, nominations, certificates and event materials to support recognition activities.
- Promoting employee benefits, wellbeing programs and employee discount offerings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external benefit providers and partners.
- Supporting the delivery, review and promotion of employee benefit initiatives.
- Coordinating provider communications, information sessions and engagement activities.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of employee events aligned to the annual Calendar of Events.
- Identifying and supporting partnership and sponsorship opportunities that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition.
- Coordinating sponsorship arrangements and partner contributions for employee events and programs.
- Developing organisational and community partnerships that provide value to employees.

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience or strong exposure in similar events management and partnership role.
- Have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with an approachable manner and strong relationship focus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously while effectively organising and prioritising tasks, solving problems, meeting deadlines, and performing under pressure.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
- A current valid WA driver's licence.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability or health is advantageous but not essential.
