Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Ensure clear customer documentation
Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
Actively participate in staff supervision process
For those with experience, the opportunity to support other staff
Participate in student placements
Be solution focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements
Location would be Ballarat or Melton. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available (minimum of 3 days per week).
