We are expanding our Certificate III in Pathology Collection (HLT37215) course to Canberra and are seeking a passionate, qualified Trainer & Assessor to join our team.
About the Role:
This position involves delivering face-to-face training and assessment for Certificate III in Pathology Collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy or pathology collection, with a passion for teaching and supporting students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, compliant, and structured face-to-face training
* Conduct practical demonstrations and simulated assessments
* Support students through their learning journey and work placement
* Mark assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback
* Maintain accurate student records in line with ASQA and RTO standards
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Pathology Collection (HLT37215) or equivalent qualification
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
* Minimum 1–2 years of recent, relevant industry experience in pathology or phlebotomy
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* National Police Check
* Must be available for **face-to-face delivery** in Brisbane/GoldCoast
Desirable:
* Previous experience in delivering nationally recognised training
* Familiarity with RTO compliance standards and documentation
