We are currently seeking a highly experienced, reliable and safety-focused operator to join a well-established warehouse operation in Kemps Creek. This role is ideal for someone with strong forklift skills, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.
Location: Kemps Creek NSW 2178
Shift: Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:00pm
Pay Rate: $35.50 per hour + Superannuation (TFN)
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate LO (Order Picker) and LF High Reach Forklifts.
- Accurately pick and prepare orders using RF scanners.
- Work in racking environments at heights with strong attention to safety.
- Maintain high productivity while ensuring accuracy.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating both LO (Order Picker) and LF High Reach forklifts.
- Valid LO and LF forklift licences.
- Strong experience working in high racking warehouse environments.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
