About The Role
As Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations run efficiently while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily schedules and job allocations
- Managing customer communications and service enquiries
- Resolving customer concerns and post-move issues
- Supporting operational planning and logistics
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Liaising with drivers, removal crews and office staff
- Assisting in delivering exceptional customer experiences
About You
You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys finding solutions.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in operations, scheduling, logistics or administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confidence handling customer concerns professionally
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Previous experience within transport, removals or logistics is highly regarded but not essential.
MR or Forklift Licence advantageous but not required.
