We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our brand new store in Brisbane CBD (opening August 2026), to oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while inspiring the team to uphold Akubra's values and heritage.
About the role

Lead, coach and develop the retail team to ensure an authentic customer service experience for all customers in line with company values and expectations.
- Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising plan.
- Drive sales to achieve targets.
- Manage store operations and activities in a coordinated and collaborative manner.
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers.
- Manage store performance and identifying opportunities to optimise sales results.
- Support the growth and career progression of your team through ongoing coaching, skill development and individual development plans.

Proven retail or service management experience.
- Strong demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
