Help shape leadership experiences for Deloitte's Executive and Senior Leadership, from transition labs to succession insights for our top 100 Partners.
Belong to a workplace that values diversity, equity and inclusion
Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters
Join Deloitte's Executive Leadership team in a national role where your psychological expertise will help senior leaders navigate key development, transition and assessment moments.
What will your typical day look like?
This role blends organisational psychology, program delivery and executive stakeholder engagement. You'll support the design and coordination of executive leadership programs, curate content and faculty, and build the materials that bring each experience to life - from briefing packs and facilitator guides to slide decks and follow-up outputs.
Your work will directly support Deloitte's Executive and Senior Leadership, including transition labs and succession planning activity for top 100 Partners. That means handling sensitive assessment and leadership information with sound judgement, preparing Hogan assessment inputs and development insights, and helping turn data and discussion into clear, useful actions.
Across each program, you'll work closely with senior leaders, People & Purpose stakeholders, coaches, facilitators and external providers to keep delivery running smoothly. The pace is varied and detail-rich, with a strong focus on quality, professionalism and continuous improvement, including smarter ways to use AI and technology to improve participant experience.
