Client Engagement Assistant
Employment Type: Casual – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm; opportunity for permanent employment conversion after the first 12 months.

We are seeking a friendly, dependable and organised Client Engagement Assistant to support our social engagement, client communication and promotional activities.
About the Role
The Client Engagement Assistant is a support and implementation role, working under the direction of CFAQ management and relevant supervisors.
The position primarily involves communicating with existing clients, promoting CFAQ activities and preparing or revising promotional materials based on provided instructions.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact existing CFAQ clients by telephone to promote upcoming social activities, events and programs and encourage participation.
· Design, prepare and revise social engagement flyers, event notices and other promotional materials in accordance with instructions provided by management and supervisors.
· Make amendments to promotional materials following review and feedback.
· Communicate relevant event and activity information clearly and appropriately to clients.
· Maintain accurate records of client responses, expressions of interest and other relevant information arising from client contact.
· During periods of lower activity, conduct routine client engagement and check-in calls in accordance with CFAQ procedures.
· Record relevant information arising from client contact and promptly refer identified concerns, requests or changes in circumstances to the appropriate staff member.
· Assist with newsletters, announcements and other client-facing communications as directed.
· Provide practical support for CFAQ social activities and community events as required.
· Undertake other client engagement, promotional and related administrative duties as reasonably directed.
What We’re Looking For
· Friendly, patient and confident communication skills, particularly when communicating with older people.
· Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within established processes.
· Receptiveness to feedback and willingness to revise work when required.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing assigned tasks properly.
· Good organisational skills and ability to manage assigned priorities.
· Ability to prepare clear, attractive and accessible flyers and promotional materials.
· Foundational proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – essential.
(Please note that experience with Canva alone is not considered a substitute for Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency.)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams – essential.
· Previous experience in aged care, community services, customer service, administration, marketing support or client engagement is advantageous.
· While not a requirement, multilingual skills in English and Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese are highly valued and welcomed.
