The Application Analyst and Solution Administrator provides technical oversight and administration of a supplier-provided solution across implementation, rollout and ongoing operations. The role combines system configuration, testing, technical support, vendor management and continuous improvement to ensure the solution remains stable, secure and aligned to NSW Health requirements.
This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key technical role in the implementation and ongoing operation of solutions supporting the NSW Health Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program. You’ll work across system configuration, integration and UAT testing, incident and vendor management, technical support and continuous improvement, helping ensure digital solutions are stable, secure and fit for use across NSW Health.
What you will do

Support implementation and ongoing administration of the solution, including configuration, system build, installation, integration, testing, support and validation.

Lead technical activities across system, integration and UAT testing, identifying defects, troubleshooting issues and coordinating fixes through to resolution.

Manage day-to-day technical support, including incident investigation, troubleshooting, user access, escalations and vendor support in line with agreed service levels.

Partner with the supplier, ICT teams and business stakeholders to maintain system stability, resolve issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Coordinate technical knowledge transfer and end-user training, maintaining accurate system documentation and ensuring operational readiness.
