The Role (in a sentence)
You’ll lead the day to day management of multi channel campaigns, guiding projects from brief to delivery while building trusted client relationships and ensuring work is executed efficiently, collaboratively and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- End to end management of campaigns across shopper, retail, digital, social, OOH and promotions
- Developing clear creative and production briefs and guiding internal teams through delivery
- Managing timelines, approvals, workflow and client communication
- Reviewing creative work for accuracy, quality and alignment
- Overseeing project budgets, reconciliations and commercial performance
- Building strong, proactive relationships with clients
- Coordinating suppliers, production partners and internal teams
- Contributing to account growth by spotting opportunities and elevating briefs
Who You Are
- 2-4+ years in an integrated, shopper, creative or digital agency
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
- A natural communicator with strong client leadership skills
- Organised, detail focused and calm under pressure
- Commercially minded with confidence managing budgets and profitability
- Collaborative, solutions oriented and proactive in your approach
- Comfortable reviewing creative work and guiding internal teams

Location: Sydney, Hybrid
Contract: Full-Time (5 days)
Salary: $80,000 + super
Pay: $80,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
