Day-to-day responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Lead from the front by coaching, mentoring and developing your team to create a high-performing and engaged store environment
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like in this role

Demonstrated success leading and developing large retail teams in a fast-paced environment
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
