Your Care Co is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Workforce & Service Delivery to join our growing team in Geelong.
This is an opportunity for someone who can combine strong NDIS knowledge, people leadership, workforce coordination and participant-focused service delivery to make a real difference.
About the role
You will play a key role in coordinating and leading the day-to-day delivery of participant services while supporting and developing a skilled, engaged and compliant workforce.
You will work closely with participants, families, Support Coordinators, brokerage partners, allied health professionals and community organisations to ensure high-quality, consistent and person-centred supports.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience within the NDIS and disability sector
- Has strong knowledge of participant care and person-centred service delivery
- Has established connections and networks within the disability, aged care and community sectors
- Can identify and develop referral and brokerage opportunities
- Has experience leading, mentoring, coaching and supporting frontline teams
- Is confident managing workforce planning, rostering and service coordination
- Has experience recruiting, onboarding and retaining quality support workers
- Can build strong, trusted relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
- Understands NDIS compliance, Practice Standards and quality requirements
- Is a confident communicator who can problem-solve, make decisions and lead from the front
