About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists at our Dinmore Plant for an experienced Skilled Meat Worker with either Boning or Slaughtering Skills (beef). We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to providing an effective professional service.
The successful individual should be prepared to show leadership qualities and provide support across the business to drive a culture of continuous improvement. We are looking for highly motivated people with their own transport as there is no public transport available.

The annual salary for this position is not less than $79,423.00 plus superannuation (commensurate with experience & skill levels applied) or more with additional allowances.
A $3,000 Sign-On Retention bonus is available. Conditions apply.
About You
Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in Boning or Slaughtering duties
Relevant qualification (Cert 3 Meat processing) is essential
Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
Ability to adhere to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality procedures
Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
Good communications skills essential
Demonstrated integrity and good presentation
A professional work attitude
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Superior attendance
Performing general Slaughtering/Boning duties
High focus & attention to detail
