Fortitude Protective Services is expanding, and we are seeking professional, reliable, and experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our team across premium corporate sites throughout Sydney.
We are currently seeking officers for both Control Room / Controller and Rover positions.

The Role
Corporate Security Officers play an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment for employees, clients, contractors, and visitors.
We are looking for both experienced Controllers with strong control room capabilities and proactive Rovers who take pride in maintaining high security standards across their assigned sites.
Control Room / Controller Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate CCTV and security monitoring systems
- Manage access control and security systems
- Coordinate emergency responses and manage security incidents
- Monitor alarms and respond to security-related events
- Maintain accurate control room logs, reports, and incident documentation
- Liaise with emergency services, building management, and site stakeholders
- Escalate incidents in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain a professional and calm approach during emergency situations
Rover Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal and external security patrols
- Monitor corporate premises and identify potential security concerns
- Identify and report hazards, suspicious activity, and security risks
- Respond promptly to incidents and security-related matters
- Provide professional customer service and assistance to staff and visitors
- Assist with emergency response procedures when required
- Enforce site procedures, access protocols, and security requirements
- Complete accurate patrol records, incident reports, and daily activity logs
What We're Looking For
We are seeking officers who are:
- Current NSW Security Licence – Mandatory
- Current First Aid Certificate – Mandatory
- Previous corporate security experience highly regarded
- For Controller positions: Proven control room experience, including CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and emergency management
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Able to remain calm and professional during incidents and emergencies
- Available to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
