About the Role
RideLender is a fast-growing vehicle rental company operating across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth, specialising in fleet solutions for rideshare drivers and commercial operators. We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our team and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting the wider team with a broad range of administrative and operational tasks. You will work closely with management and the fleet team to ensure our customers receive accurate information, timely responses, and a positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage daily office administration including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain and update rental agreements, customer records, and fleet databases
- Prepare correspondence, letters, and internal reports as directed
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating appointments
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone enquiries
- Support the preparation of compliance and legal documentation
Customer Care
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-in
- Assist customers with rental enquiries, bookings, and account management
- Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally, escalating where required
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, documentation, or vehicle returns
- Provide clear information to customers regarding rental terms, fees, and policies
- Respond to and manage online reviews and customer feedback
Fleet & Operations Support
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return logistics with the fleet team
- Assist in tracking vehicle availability, service schedules, and registration renewals
- Process traffic infringement notices and insurance claim documentation
- Liaise with rideshare operators and commercial clients regarding their accounts
General
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front office environment
- Support management with ad hoc projects and operational tasks as required
- Uphold RideLender's standards for professionalism and customer service at all times
