This is an autonomous, client-facing role where your fluid power expertise and your customer relationships drive the results, backed by the strength and resources of the Questas Group.

The role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts - long-term relationships, not one-and-done
- Design tailored hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication solutions to customer spec
- Own projects end to end - quoting, costing, coordination and delivery
- Work closely with internal engineering and service teams to deliver seamless outcomes
- Keep sales records and reporting sharp in NetSuite
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in a technical or industrial sales role
- Solid hands-on knowledge of fluid power systems - hydraulic, pneumatic and/or lubrication
- Experience with hydraulic system design and service
- Strong account and project management instincts
- Confidence with ERP/CRM systems - NetSuite a bonus
